1. Who controls your data

N66 Tours, Norður-Nýjabæ, 851 Hella, Iceland, is the data controller for information collected through this website. For any privacy question, contact op@n66group.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size, and any notes you choose to add. We don't collect payment details through this site — we don't process payment online at all right now.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to review, confirm, and communicate with you about your booking request. This is necessary to perform the contract you're asking us to enter into — we don't use it for marketing or share it with advertisers.

4. Where it's stored

Booking data is stored in a database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and our website is hosted on Vercel. Only N66 staff with admin access can view booking requests. If you book through a connected external channel (for example Bokun, Ctrip, or Trip.com, once those are live), that channel's own privacy policy also applies to data you give them directly.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to deliver the tour and meet our accounting and legal obligations as a licensed travel agency, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (as applied in Iceland via the EEA Agreement), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email op@n66group.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd) at personuvernd.is.

7. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies this site uses.
